Stayed here in June. Booked rate includes 2 breakfasts (3 people staying and booked as 3 guests). I was present an invoice with an additional breakfast already added to it during check in. I asked for breakfast as my welcome gift which they said ok but still wanted to charge me 3rd breakfast. I tried to explain to them I should entitle to 4 breakfasts, then the FD agent suggested I can have breakfasts twice each day. Only after a long back and forth, they would allow it only this time and removed the extra breakfast charge. Remember, this was during check in and they assumed the 3 rd person would have breakfast during the stay.
Got an e-mail about a week before stay claiming they would be full and upgrade and late check out would not be granted. Wrote them back saying this was already a bad start. Not that I need late check out or upgrade.
No snorkeling without life vest yet you have to pay for it if you don’t have one. Platinums can use kayak for free which come with free life vest yet they would not let you borrow one when they closed the kayak due to wind. I supposed that’s the Japanese way of following rules. Frankly that’s no fishes to see anyway because of the net they put around the beach.
Beach closes at 5pm sharply. The staffs would definitely remind you at 455pm.
Stayed at the new tower which has it own basic lounge.
