First off, thanks for all the detailed writeups here, very helpful.
I submitted a claim yesterday for a delay due to a cancelled flight. I'm fairly certain I completed it successfully (got to the sucess screen afterwards) but accidentally closed my browser tab with the case number, and then never received a confirmation email. Trying to get this via the chatbot is of course not working - Is there any other way to get the case # via asking with my name/email etc or am I better off just submitting a new one?
