I was trying to add a segment to my existing award ticket on Latam (LAX-SCL-GIG), wanted to add GIG-IGU to the entire trip. LAX-SCL is in J. I booked the previous trip before the award chart update (March '24) and the agent was able to only re-issue the ticket following the new price (60k instead of 45k). Is that the expectation? Anybody has similar experiences? Thanks in advance!
