I see yesterday Easyjet have made Alicante a year round route from Southampton with 2 flights a week during the winter periods. Monday departs Southampton at 08:30 arriving in Alicante at 11:45. Returning at 12:30 and arriving back in Southampton at 14:00. Similar times on the Friday departing Southampton at 08:10 arriving at 11:25 with the return being at 12:15 arriving in Southampton at 13:45.

This is a bit strange as Easyjet don't have an aircraft based in Southampton. The other destinations don't have flights that line up with those times and its an EJU flight number so operated by a Easyjet Europe aircraft. It could be that these flights get re timed as Easyjet do currently have a couple of aircraft based out in Alicante, or it could be that more flights get announced with a flight possibly arriving early in the morning to operate the Alicante flights. But then you would have crew working hours if its another long flight so could be maybe Amsterdam or Paris that gets added.
