I stayed at this property in April 2024 for 2 nights by booking 6 months beforehand.
Pros- While no upgrades can be confirmed before arrival, they gave me an immediate check in at 9 AM and an upgrade to "Canal View" on the ground floor. Same room size as the lowest category though. The view is average, but it is better than nothing.
- The room furnishing is in excellent shape.
- Full buffet breakfast is included for the Bonvoy membership. I do not recall the need to top up with my own money.
Cons- The location is a double-edged sword. It is conveniently next to the Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station (if you don't mind the Costituzione bridge's stairs), but it is far from San Marco.
