While generally it’s true that if you take a PS offer, a D1 offer won’t appear. However I’ve had it happen a while back. Booked Main ICN-SEA, took a PS offer, and then a few days before checkin a D1 offer appeared. It wasn’t that good of an offer, but I snagged it because I really wanted better sleep on return.
