Grand Hotel Parker‘s is the nicest place in town. Amazing sea views, nice terrace, good food, rooms newly renovated. Only weak point is the breakfast.

The other „luxury“ options: Vesuvio, good location on the water, but run-down and desperately needs renovations. Romeo, was modern/contemporary 10 years ago, and the port location is awful and unsafe at night.
