ok, so 5 flights today, transited through dfw, clt and mia. This despite a near misconnect when my 4th flight was late departing. The app was pushing me to change my last flight and I was assuming the system might have auto removed me assuming I wouldnt make it.

on a related note, had zero PDB at 4 out of 5 flights. Was offered a drink on an american eagle flight out of BWI. Also the flight attendant in F on that flight was the only person that showed any interest in my status and concern for my possible missed connection.

I'm not a high maintenance customer, so I really dont care about the ancillary perks. they are nice, but not why I fly american. But when they leave me hanging during irrops, no bueno.
