Or if you're sociable, you can try to contact them on the socials. Be aware that there are scammers and bots who will respond quickly on the socials trying to get your personal info, ignore them and only respond to the China Southern official account

I did try to put email address in the VFRN box and got the code but when I tried to log in I got the following error message:
We currently do not support logging in through email verification code. Please log in through other methods
As for the app, I think it's even worse than the website haha
Will try to contact them directly. Was just hoping someone on here would have encountered the same issue (and solves it!)
