Like clockwork, there were junior suites open until 2pm the day before arrival, and shortly after we got an email offering 30 euro credit because they didn't have suites (:

The room is fantastic, so I'll take the credit happily, but funny to see all these DPs with this same experience

One oddity — this is the strictest place I've ever seen about phones in a pool area. They have people constantly roaming to get people to put their phones (playing on them, no one calling) away, while the pool area is basically empty. Kinda silly.
