I know AA schedules can change quite a bit, so it would also mean booking a more expensive flexible hotel in case things change again and then it means not being able to use the hotel that we're going to have to book (which we'd likely do in BOS).
if your dub-LHR is cancelled why not rebook that from MAN/GLA/NCL etc.? Surely at least one will offer a flight option that keeps the other flights on track?
