I stay in Macau with some frequency. The food waste at breakfast and in the lounge is sickening. Observe it less frequently with Chinese guests in Europe, so either it's a different demographic or they've been told to be less wasteful. In any case, would love to kow what "China Ready" entails ... Mandarin-speaking staff?
