There have been 2 different narratives on refits across the Forum (yes & no), so until things actually happen, who knows, but apparently some of the A319 fleet (the ex-BMI ones) will have a refit over the Winter.
I don't believe there are any plans (or reason) to refit the existing A320CEO fleet and the A320NEO's which don't have the new layout - still to be determined is my sense!
