Another issue with the changes. My gold elite tier renewal date was 4th August. I was about 200 status points short for requalification however I had 700+ rollover points so this was enough to keep gold elite status. However with the app changes the rollover points have disappeared and it says my gold elite status expires 30 Aug 2024. Hoping my missing rollover points will still be applied (even though I can’t see them)!
