Reductions generated by codes for applicable fares are shown at the fare selection page. This screenshot is for a random date in Sept travelling BKK-LHR using a currently valid code for economy tickets.
I didn't see any specification of saving like in your screenshot. However my fare also went up, maybe it would have appeared this way if the fare was lower? Also, shouldn't the higher fare that I got be specified similar to the saving then ("You lose $XXX")?
