Another issue. Elite $AP upgrades lodged on Mon 05 Aug, prior to the start of the changes. They were gifted by another Elite as I was unable to transfer $AP due to the IT upgrade.
AirNZ stated that upgrades lodged prior to the changes ‘would be processed normally’. Several calls to AirNZ indicated there was availability Y-PE, although the advice ranged from uncertain to plain wrong (ie Elites will be told within 7 days of departure)
A week later the upgrades remain pending. I have emailed the Elite team to look into why they haven’t cleared, although they probably have many emails to work through….
