Has anyone noticed their seat assignments disappear during the update? Mine have all gone. The problem is I was Gold when I booked and selected the frequent flyer seats, now I'm Silver so they are not available. I waited ages to speak to someone and they told me "Sorry, I can't help you. You'll have to pay for seat assignments now." Wonderful customer experience... NZ is the terrible at accommodating or compensating passengers. It's never their fault eh? If only we had more competition. Anyways, I'll live.
