Not enough to justify it. Given that F is being sold for 70k miles, often is at or slightly above J, easily available with SWUs and on the a321Ts, frequently used for op ups etc. It's clearly unable to carry any revenue premium.

Additionally, despite all of the above listed easy ways to end up in F, its still packed with nonrevs. AA literally can't give F away at any reasonable price to paying customers.
