Hmmmmm, that was not my experience at all. I contributed $50K last year (July 1, 2023- June 30, 2024). I could not swallow the jump to $75K and renewed for $30K this year (July 1, 2024- June 30, 2025). No issues at all. Granted, getting a response and assistance was the usual struggle it has always been with PassPlus. But once I got a person to respond to my email, it was straightforward. It sounds like it is the ultimate YMMV experience.
