The chicken/rice looks like an economy meal to me, and a poor one at that.
It doesn't appear to even be breaded. Like they microwaved a formed chicken "breast" and poured food service tomato puree on top.
I was wondering what that gelatinous thing was in the middle of the dish. It looks dreadful! And is 3 cucumbers and 2 cherry tomatoes per salad the new standard?
