Is there real food for purchase in the main cabin after 10pm? And is there a real meal or sandwich snack in first?

As a diabetic, I always bring along some food Just In Case, but I'm wondering if I can expect a choice of food on the flight.

TYIA.
Wasn't aware that FAT had the traffic to offer a non-stop to ATL, I always on the SLC-FAT flights.
