Checking in here tomorrow for a 5 night stay with family. Booked an entry level room and contacted the hotel last week to arrange a rollaway bed for our daughter. Member of staff was very helpful and did a pre-upgrade to a junior suite, as that has a double sofa bed, instead of a rollaway. Online check in done for tomorrow, so got the room sorted. Nice to have an upgrade locked in, especially for a longer stay. No doubt helped by it being a quieter time for the hotel.
