The problem for QR is that a lot of thigns are happening in the latitudes between Cyprus and Mashad these days, and that also changes on a daily basis and without notice. So if you start to play your planning to those tunes you will in short order be stuck in planning hell.

I think for now QR will stick to how it has been, deal with the interruptions as they happen and only if some of the politics (and antics) end in semi permanent change will it start to permanently alter schedules.
