How would you feel if a flight you were on were delayed because one of the FAs working that flight had to wait to get his/her baggage off the plane from the prior flight he/she worked? Also, if an FA's schedule calls for him/her to work in several different climates on the same trip, is it inappropriate for him/her to bring the appropriate clothing?
Not to mention the probability that crew bags would not be separated from passenger checked luggage, sending crew outside security and back through the screening process several times per day.
