Things still haven't reached the level where I'd consider it actually being realistic but increasingly often I entertain the idea that LHG's management actually believes their product is good and that they're a pleasant airline in general. I still consider it more likely that they know very well they're absolutely crap but think they can get away with it due to hub captives / regional monopoly, but I am starting to have doubts.
