I would say that the most distinguishing feature of this property vs. GH San Francisco or HR Embarcadero is the outstanding guest treatment, for Globalists especially. GH and HR are at best indifferent, and at worst actively hostile.

I was reminded of this again when GH deliberately refused to honor Globalist room upgrade benefit to one of my GoH on a recent stay, even after Corporate called and told the manager on duty they were required to upgrade her to best available room.
