Sounds like the kind of scrambled eggs we typically find in England. We stay at Hiltons abroad as the benefits are great at the Diamond level and we have a ton of points. The breakfast buffet at the Hilton London Tower Bridge was great and featured eggs like this. We don't usually find this in the US, so this is another strength of the SOMA breakfast - their most distinguishing feature against the other Hyatts in the area.
