I was there Thurs-Sat mornings, and they had the kouign-amann each morning. They don't replenish them, so if you dine late, you may miss them. I was struck again with what a great job they do with scrambled eggs for the buffet. I assume they're adding cream and cooking them very slowly, because they're unusually soft and creamy.

Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. This hotel is not perfect, but they do an awful lot right, and the overall staff approach is welcoming and helpful, and I always feel well taken care-of.
