Answering my own question;

I did get the $15 market credit and discounted show tickets. It’s hard to get info on the latter, but they gave me a code to use at BroadwaySF.

Had a great weeklong stay there in a suite. Will likely now be my go to Hyatt in SF. Staff was great, suite was great.

While I thought very highly of breakfast offerings, there are two things that I think keep it from being tops: lack of eggs made to order and better bread.

i never saw Kouign - amann in the week I was there, but the first day there was an empty platter with a sign for it. No sign other days (I usually went after 10am though).

Not sure what the bulk yoghurt was, I would go into the lounge to get Chobani from their fridge (not on the buffet).
