Opinions or data points?

HND-LAX (arriving same day due to international date line) arriving 12:40 (Polaris)

LAX-EWR next day at 13:15 (departing 24h 35m after arrival)

Same PNR/ticket but with a fare break. I understand Polaris Lounge access would be granted on arrival "same day", but what about the next calendar day with a >24hr connection? I suspect no, but wondering if anyone has tried this at LAX or elsewhere.
