It matters a lot. The member need to stay and pay. The T&Cs are pretty clear on that.
Regarding the OP it means if it was a qualifying rate and her account was in the booking and the GF paid for the rooms she should get 76 nights credited and all points for the two adjacent rooms. Nothing for the third one because of the different length of stay.
In any other case she is supposed to get nothing. Anything above 0 is a „gift“ then.
