We have a trip booked for 2 pax in J, DUB-LHR-JFK-PHX-RNO departing on 22/12. Unfortunately, BA has cancelled BA831 departing at 7:05am and their earliest flight is now 10.45am.

I've had a play around with other options, but the only way we can still arrive in RNO on the 22nd that I can see is to downgrade to Y on EI and take one of their early morning flights (and we can go via either LAX or PHX). The only other option I can think of which keeps our TP earn is departing the night before, but then that means either having to schlep home and back that night / next morning or a hotel at LHR.

Any other thoughts on how to do this? We have a flexible hotel booked in Reno, but ideally need to be in Reno by midday on the 23rd, as my cousin is driving from South Lake Tahoe to come and pick us up and take us back to their place.
