I am a Platinum AAdvantage member who has started recently flying JetBlue as well. I too have noticed this extreme difference. The JetBlue flight attendants are extremely helpful and are helping people left and right to store bags. Whereas, on AA, they don't life a finger.

Whatever the reason is, I have to tell you, it is just another thing that turns me away from AA and onto JetBlue.
