Agree - need to push for accountability and you should take it as far as you wish. I have a similar issue with an Intercontinental that after a week hasn't responded to an email about a couple of service failures. I will resend the email every week until someone at least acknowledges my concerns and maybe throw in a threat to go back to the hotel and make a scene at the front desk. Any action short of domestic terrorism is reasonable.
