The chat agents are generally unreliable and often wrong.

If you qualified for Platinum for the 2025 year, you can select RUCs as your 2025 Platinum Choice Benefit now and they will be good through January 31, 2026. You will not however be able to select additional RUCs on January 31, 2025.
