I've only ever loaded cash at Walgreens to my capital one...never tried debit. Try it and report back. Seems like I haven't seen anyone say Walgreens or CVS will. But also, all the FD around here will only accept cash to load BB and I see plenty of people on here saying their FDs take debits, so YMMV with everything in this game.
