I posted it in the Op-up thread as I ultimately got an op-up but here is data for future reference:

ZRH-ORD booked in P:
- offered CHF2180 to upgrade to F after booking
- about 5-7 days out, offered CHF4400 to upgrade
- at Online check-in time, offered CHF999
