1) is this enough time for transfer?

3) my outbound flight is to Ashgabat, and even though the turkish airline rep told me online check should be available, I doubt it very much - since flying to Turkmenistan requires manual LOI checks. 4) will having a business class ticket somehow speed up my transfer?

1. Assuming everything is on time it should be fine. Presumably without checked luggage?
2. There is only one Terminal (with several piers)
3. Proceed to Connecting flights/Transit after arriving and there will be TK counters to check in.
4. Marginally, there will be a business class security line after you checked in.
