This would explain the cancellation of my LHR-ORD flight this past Tuesday. When I questioned the agent, I was told it was due to a "crew issue." Fortunately, BA was able to rebook me on an AA flight leaving one hour after my BA flight was to depart. However, I wasn't thrilled about the hike between terminals with my luggage in tow.
