Can a phone rep split an itinerary?
Before I go through the long battle get through on the phone, if I have a booking for 3 passengers presently, but want to change to 1 booking for 2 passenger and 1 booking for one passenger, can they do that on the phone, or should I go ahead and just cancel the booking myself online and rebook. Is there a lag in getting the points back once I cancel, or is it immediate?
