is anyone having problems with the error "There appears to be a problem with the information you've provided. Please confirm that the information entered is correct and try again." again?

if the problem was eventually solved, what's the culprit?

i am trying to transfer to AF FB for the 25% bonus, and as usual, the Citi rep is useless and have the same problem on their side, and keep saying i must have my name spelled incorrectly on FB's end bla blah. but i did a FB transfer 6 months ago and many times before that time and never had issue
