Bought Delta Ticket on 8/1/24 - after GC applied charged $188.92. Meter didn't move for 4 days (weekend?).

On 8/5 got reimbursed $188.92.

I was surprised as I thought (after reading recent reports) that the remaining charge needed to be around $100 recently?
