I don't have it, but I'm looking at applying, and that benefit seems to have disappeared from every piece of marketing material (except blog posts). Yet, no one seems to have noticed/mentioned it.
Yes, I just got $120 reimbursement for renting at Avis/Budget in Dominican Republic. Last year, I got reimbursement in Israel, when I was renting at Budget.
