Delta First Class - special order - Breakfast pizza. Scrambled eggs with a red pepper salsa over a doughy crust. Plain croissant. Mango compote. I thought the Breakfast pizza was good, enough egg and the salsa was fine even for someone who doesn't love red peppers.The crust was rather thick and bready which made sawing through it with the knifes a mini-workout. My favorite part of a pizza is the dough, but even I found I was carbed out by the time I finished and then the croissant.

Delta First Class Breakfast - Coconut Chia Pudding/ Chia Pudding, croissant, fresh sliced fruit. My husband liked it and found it filling.

Delta Three Cheese Manicotti with side salad with balsamic dressing and bouchée with chocolate flavored cream. I though the manicotti was good and filling, but it did not come with enough sauce. Carrots, cucumber, radishes, and cherry tomatoes in the salad.

Delta Braised Beef Short Ribs - came iwth carrots, potatoes, and broccoli and a large piece of meat. My husband enjoyed it & would get it again. Side salad with carrots, cucumbers, radishes and cherry tomatoes with a balsamic dressing. Bouchée filled with chocolate cream.

Some of the Delta First Class snacks. Sun Chips - Garden Salsa flavor. Nuts.com almonds. Biscoff (love those - you get 2 cookies. I found them in Safeway grocery store when I got home). Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt, seeds, oat bar.
