any way around their 30 day refund/cancellation policy?
i was hoping to make some speculative close-in award bookings (3 weeks away), and if those dates don't end up working out, would just change the dates to October and then cancel for a full refund.
however, i just received a email from their reservation manager, stating that any changes at all must be done 30+ days outside of reservation date or else all $$/points are forfeited.
