Elite status with Delta (GLD and above) will give you access if the lounge is a Latam operated lounge (BOG, EZE, GRU, MIA).

You must have been admitted to Sumaq based on the Premium Economy BP
Some of the confusion may be that some people are asking in this thread about lounge access for Delta elites on Delta flights...
