When Choice announced their intent to acquire Radisson Americas, they assured us that no harm would be done to those of us coming over from the Radisson program. However, here we sit not being able to book award travel more than 100 days in advance. Did Choice lie or are they just incompetent? It has to be one or the other?

Please know when the transition from Radisson Rewards to Choice Privileges was made, all the information on the accounts was assigned to our system; however, all policies and procedures from Choice Hotels were applied to the transferred accounts.
