near SUMAQ there is HANAQ which you can access with priority pass but only 3 hours before departure
You are adding confusion here.
Elite status with Delta (GLD and above), does NOT grant you access to third party lounges (like LIM and LAX). This matches my own experience.
Elite status with Delta (GLD and above) will give you access if the lounge is a Latam operated lounge (BOG, EZE, GRU, MIA).
You must have been admitted to Sumaq based on the Premium Economy BP
