Other than a couple of computer glitches early on in the partnership between AA & Alaska, I've never had a problem getting AA to recognize my Alaska Mileage Plan #.

I just tried a booking with two pax, both of us are MP members. No matter what I do, I can't get the passenger form to submit. It tells me that the second pax name/MP# don't match. I've double-checked the spelling and the MP #. I've tried variations on the middle name (none, initial, full name).

Thoughts? Can I not link two pax in the same booking?
