No problem at all discussing and sharing whether a hotel/property honors benefits, I completely agree with you. My only observation was a few posters recent activity (in other threads as well) of continually quoting Hyatt T&Cs and claiming that a benefit cannot, under any circumstances, be denied by a property. Most of us already know that. Unfortunately, in the real world, we also know that sometimes things just don't go down that way and that Hyatt corporate has little ability (or motivation) to attempt to force compliance.
And with that real world knowledge in mind folks have to decide whether that is a deal breaker for them or not. That was my only point. Hopefully, we can move on now. If others disagree with my perspective, that is fine, I can respect that.
